Every morning and every evening, locals from the Vietnamese mainland travel to a bay in Phu Quoc.
They have done so for generations, drawn by the belief that minerals carried down from the mountain give the water healing properties.
No study verifies this. Still they come.

This is a body of work about place. The stories, rituals and beliefs that accumulate in a landscape over time.
